Rules and Regulations
School Hours:
Monday to Thursday and Saturday
Timing: 9-00 a.m. to 4-00 p.m.
Every Friday (Half Day)
Timing: 9-00 a.m. to 12-15 p.m.
School gate will be closed at 9-05 a.m. Sharp after closing gate students will not be allowed to attend the classes. Late comers will be sent back to home on their responsibility only. First bell ring at 9-00 a.m. All students should assemble for assembly.
Office Hours:
Parents can meet with Principal between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Teachers meeting time:
Parents can meet with teachers on Friday between 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. No meeting on week days.
Fee Counter:
The fee counter schedule is as follows
Timings: 9-00 a.m. to 1-30 p.m. And 2-30 p.m. to 5-00 p.m.
Parents are requested to pay the fees on or before 5th of every month, and produce the fee card at the time of fee payment. They should check the entries relating to payment before leaving the counter.
Enquiry Counter:
Parents/ Students can contact enquiry counter for Bonafide Certificate, Transfer Certificate, and Exam Hall Ticket, Bus Pass Computer Lab Pass or any other queries.

For Boys
1. Biscuit Colour shirt with red sleeve’s cuff, red shoulder flaps and red collar.
2. Biscuit colour pant.
3. White knitted cap (Quraishiya).
4. Black shoes and black socks.
For Girls
1. Biscuit colour frock below knees with red sleeve’s cuff, red shoulder flap, red collar and red belt.
2. Biscuit colour shilwar.
3. Biscuit colout scarf to cover hair.
4. Black shoes and black socks.
5. Black hair ribbons.
For Friday
For Boys
1. White shirt with red sleeve’s cuff, red shoulder flaps and red collar.
2. White pant.
3. White knitted cap (Quraishiya).
4. White canvas shoes and white socks.
For Girls
1. White Frock below knees with red sleeve’s cuff, red shoulder flaps, red collar and red belt.
2. White shilwar.
3. White scarf to cover hair.
4. White canvas shoes and white socks.
Note:
1. The uniform colour should be as prescribed by our school if nor same students will not be allowed to attend the school.
2. Students uniforms must be neat, ironed and their shoes should be well polished every day.
3. Parents are requested to wash the uniform of their child regularly and should send them to school in neat and tidy way.
Admission and Withdrawal
Forthcoming academic year to seek admission registration starts from 1st January onwards. Admission form should be duly filled and submit by enclosing the following documents.
1. Date of Birth Certificate Xerox.
2. Passport size photographs.
3. Last studied progress report(s).
4. Transfer Certificate.
5. Postal Envelope with self addresses 3 nos.
And other necessary documents which has mentioned in admission form. Admission will be given on the basis of Eligibility test conducted by the school from second week of May. Students those who have passed eligibility test will be considered for admission. Students will be selected on merit basis.
“Recommendations will not be entertained’
The students who wants Transfer certificate should submit the written application one month before, if any student want to withdraw before completing academic year will have to pay fee for whole academic year.
The students those who do not pay fee for more than two months will struck off roll. Students those who do not show the interest in their studies and not reach up to the level of the class will be given three warnings to improve themselves, they will be demoted, if no improvements in students.
The parents or guardians misbehavior in the school will be the cause of dismissal of their children.
THE DECISION OF MANAGEMENT IS FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL ISSUES.
CODE OF SCHOOL DISCIPLINE
The students should abide the following rules and regulation of the school.
1. Students should come in time and attend assembly in neat and tidy uniforms.
2. No student will be allowed to attend the school after assembly.
3. Late comers should return home on their own and the management will be in no way held responsible for their return journey.
4. Students should speak only in English in school premises and make it a habit.
5. Parents have to speak special permission to take their wards during school hours.
6. Usage of loqvial or vulgar language is strictly forbidden, disciplinary action will be invoked against offenders.
7. They are expected to be honest, truthful, loyal orderly and obedient.
8. They are expected to greet all the members with respect.
9. They should avoid wearing any jeweler or gold ornaments and possessing money or valuables with them, pupils must look after their belongings.
10. Weak students have to attend special classes being held for them after school without fail.
11. They are expected to take part in extracurricular activities of the school.
12. They should do their home work regularly.
13. The damages caused by the students will be re-deemed by them.
14. The school dairy is for mutual communication between the parents and the teacher or the management so humbly checks it daily to know the home work, activities and performance of your child and sign it regularly.
15. You can give your complaints and suggestions whenever required.
16. Please contact or visit school at least once in a month to enquire about your child’s progress.
17. Please do not go to the teachers directly. Contact the management to solve all your problems.
18. If you want to get leave or half day leave for your child please write a leave letter in the dairy otherwise no students will be given permission.
19. Please take special care about the home work neatness, tidy hairs, nails, Tiffin boxes and all the belongings of your child.
20. Please provide the educational requirements of your children as per school management as soon as possible.
21. Fee must be paid before 5th of every month.
22. Make your child habituate to offer nama’az regularly.
23. Ensure that your child follows the Islamic way of living as per Sunnat-e-Rasool(S.A.S).
24. Kindly don’t allow your child to waste their time watching television. It will spoil child’s career as most programmes are not good.
